Searchlight Pictures’ The Roses follows the unraveling of a seemingly perfect marriage, infused with plenty of culinary flair. Olivia Colman plays Ivy Rose, an ambitious restaurateur who rises to prominence as a celebrated chef, with crabs serving as a recurring symbol throughout the story.

In tribute to Ivy’s restaurant, We’ve Got Crabs, Michelin-starred chef Niklas Ekstedt and head chef Luca Mastrantoni have reimagined one of the film’s standout moments through the artistry of Swedish fire cooking. The result is a new addition to the restaurant’s autumn tasting menus: The Roses Cast Iron Crab (£18) – a playful dish of Cornish crab meat with juniper butter, smoked hispi cabbage, fermented salsify, lingonberries, and a decadent crab sauce.
